Terms

These terms apply to the use of Fieldon by companies and professionals.

What Fieldon does

Fieldon connects companies that want tasks carried out on location with independent professionals who carry them out. We provide the platform and the app.

Fieldon is in beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Your account

You provide correct details and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.

For professionals

You carry out tasks as an independent professional, not as an employee of Fieldon or of the company. You choose which tasks you claim.

You carry out a task at the given address and following the steps in the app, and provide honest proof. You take photos on the spot with the app.

Once a task is approved, the fee is added to your balance. You request a payout yourself. If you are registered with the Dutch KvK, we create the invoice on your behalf.

For companies

You describe a task clearly and completely, and may only post tasks that are lawful and safe to carry out.

You use the photos and data you receive only for the purpose of the task.

Prices and invoicing for companies are set out in a separate agreement.

What is not allowed

Abusing the platform, false details or fake proof, and circumventing the checks in the app. In case of abuse we may block your account.

Liability

We do our best to keep Fieldon working well. We are only liable for direct damage, up to the fee of the task the damage relates to. We are not liable for indirect damage.

As a professional you are responsible for damage you cause during a task, and you make sure you are properly insured.

Stopping

You can always stop and delete your account in the app. We may end your account in case of abuse, or after prior notice if there is another good reason. Fees for approved tasks will still be paid out.

Other

Dutch law applies to these terms. We may change them; for an important change we will let you know in advance.
